Great pizza and pasta! Just like a little NY Italian hole-in-the-wall that has the best food.
Waited 15 min for a drink. One slice of Pizza came out with mushrooms not even cooked just thrown on pizza! It was brought 15 min prior to rest of parties food. Side salad sat on counter for 10 min before getting to table...must I go on...bc it never got better!!!
Louie's is the kind of place you can eat at everyday. Its a slice of NY down here, and scrumptious to the last bite. Fresh ingredients. So fresh, I've watched the man grade the cheese right onto my Pizza. Love it! Also daily baked sweets!!!
Ok let me start by saying the food here is great! The waitress on the other hand in my experience have typically been over worked and not very "enthusiastic". The waitress did Togo, cashier, waited tables and bused her own tables, while this is a issue we still go just for the good pizza. If it was me, I'd skip eating in and order on the phone!
Our new favorite pizza place in the area. You would not think the pizza would be good being in a town like Forest City and in a small old restaurant. I'd post pictures of the amazing pizza we just got there but we already ate it! Good price and fast service. If you're tired of the chain pizza places or the "pizza buffets" then give this place a shot.
