Chili's has a wonderful bar. However that last 2 times I have ate here I thought the food was rather bland and lacking in flavor. The staff are all wonderful and quick to seat you and get your order. They are also very attentive. Will probably not be going back for a sit down meal anytime soon but may return for an appetizer and some drinks at the bar.
Good service this time around. Seems hit or miss. If u get put off just leave section if u can or leave restaurant all together. Bc service gets worse with being put off it seems.
Don't think I'll ever go back to this restaurant. Or another chili's for that matter. Go in mom tells the front staff there was 8 of us. Couldn't get wait, mom asked if they could push two tables together that they were going to put other people at because they were beside one another. Had three people wait on us, none stated they were our waiter. Had to go up and ask if anyone was going to wait on us. Terrible experience. Food wasn't that good. Chips for chips and salsa were out had to wait on and when they brought them to us they were dripping a lot of grease off of them. Bad experience.
Have enjoyed lunches at Chili's in Forest City since I was transferred there in July. I've always had great food but the service can be a little slow. They are really polite and the host was attentive but maybe a little short on wait staff. I love their menu and will continue to visit!
Chili's is a big chain restaraunt, so it's unlikely that you'll get to know the owners or chefs because the chefs are located in the kitchen which is separate from the dining tables, & the owner is never there, but the wait staff is nice!
