Thank you for choosing Windy's isn't a proper way to ask for an order. This lady ( African American manager) was quite rude. Seems I'm always getting the wrong order or major attitude at the Forest City location...
Just stopped in for lunch, and I was greeted with 'Thank you for choosing Windy's' to which I replied, you're welcome, are you ready for my order? The woman replied with 'THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING WINDY'S!' and I repeated myself. She then comes back with a full on attitude repeating herself once again....
Went through the drive through and sat at the speaker, took them 10 minutes to notice I was there. At the window employees were laughing and slacking off. And when I got my sandwich there was a hair in it. It was disgusting. Didn't give me napkins with my meal. I went back around the drive through and they refused to exchange the sandwich or give me napkins for my hands because the sandwich was dripping grease all over. Never going here again. Worst experience of my life
Burger was missing an item and after I complained they added the missing item and gave the the SAME burger back, which violates health department rules and standards. Tables and dining area was dirty and looked like nobody cared. Will avoid going there again.
We enjoyed good hot food served by curteous employees. I really appreciated their making a fresh pot of decaf coffee. And it was delicious!
