I am very happy with my experiences at Sisk Family Ford. Service is fast, friendly, honest and thorough. They identified a couple additional issues when inspecting my high mileage vehicle but gave me options to get the vehicle going again or to address all the issues proactively. I chose to address all the issues and the total cost came in below my estimate.
To start off, if I could rate Sisk Family Ford any higher, I'd give them a 10 plus. Brought my 2014 Ford Explorer in to the maintenance department to diagnose a strong knocking sound coming from my motor. Without hesitation, two mechanics came out and told me and my wife that it had "possibly" thrown a rod and needed a new engine, would cost more in parts to fix it; typical of new cars today... regardless of make or model. My wife and I went inside the dealership to possibly trade. Without getting in to my personal business and credit situation, Allen Powell, and the entire team, to include Mr. Fisk made it possible to drive away with a "new to me" 2013 Ford Escape; which actually lowered my insurance and car payments and has 120k LESS miles than my 2014 Ford Explorer. I strongly do not believe any other dealership in Rutherford County, Spartanburg, Hickory, Shelby or Ashville would have done what Sisk Family Ford achieved. Not only did they sell us a great car, they earned a loyal customer but they will also be servicing my F150 from now on also. Thank you Allen, Amber, Mr. Sisk!
