I had rodent damage to the wiring of two trucks within the last year. The staff was courteous and friendly and repaired rather than replace wiring harnesses. The repaired the wiring in my Ram replaced several spark plug wires replaced several coil wire connectors and had them replace the 16 spark plugs and the bill came out slightly higher then what the dealer in Florida wanted just for spark plugs very happy with them.
Since many of my friends and customers have been wondering where I've moved to, I wanted to invite them to come and see me here at Friendship in Forest City. Tried to sell me a rusty car...! They were nice to me but there were gaps in communication between employees. I called and spoke to a salesman, then decided to go look at the car in person. They handed me off to a different guy that wasted a lot of my time re-hashing what I already told the first guy and they made me wait about 45 minutes before they would even let me see the car, partly because it wouldnt start due to a dead battery. What really burned me up is that they waited until it was raining before they finally got the car where I could see it. I looked under the hood and asked why the battery was corroded and the salesman told me that was normal. I went back after they were closed to look at it a different day to avoid the salesman games and hassle. The whole underneath of the car was rusted out, rotors, exhaust, suspension, everything. Salt even fell out of the fender when I was inspecting it. I told them about it and they still have it for sale on their lot 3 weeks later waiting on some dummy to come buy their piece of junk. Beware!
We went to test drive a used Jeep and we primarily worked with Garrett. They were all very friendly and easy going and easy to work with. They let us drive the Jeep home and we were planning to go back the next day to do all the paperwork, but after driving it back to Mount Holly we realized it wasn't the Jeep for us. When we returned on Saturday, we worried that they would try to pressure us into making the deal, but they didn't. They all said, "It's better to find out before you buy it." We would definitely do business with then again.
