Great little dealership that an extraordinary product. The name Nissan says it all.
I pass at least two Nissan dealers to get to Friendship because their prices are more than fair and they give me excellent service when I am there. My plan is to buy my next car from Friendship.
Wayne Bowen &Tim Rollins & Matt Hill were very informative, friendly and wanted us happy. Wayne approached us on the lot & asked if he could help. He listened and wasn't pushy. Awesome experience! We would recommend you to buy your next vehicle from them. Tim went over the vehicles brochure with us. They both went over the vehicle and showed us everything. Best buying experience we've ever had & we've bought a lot of vehicles. Friendship Nissan a must if you need a vehicle.

The worst experience ever! We had an appointment that was made this morning at 8:00 am, to see a car we were interested in. Our appointment was at 10:15 am. We live over an hour away and I told the girl on the phone that we would be there. I even sent her an email, when I realized we were going to be about 15 minutes late. I didn't want to inconvenience them or be rude by not showing up on time. Well, much to our surprise, when we pulled in the lot at 10:30 and walked inside, the big guy behind the desk actually laughed in our face and said that the car was sold yesterday. He was argumentative and treated us like we were at fault because we even showed up. They sent a lady out to apologize to us and she just treated us like we were bothering her by even complaining or showing up. She pointed to some cars on the hill and said walk up there and take a look. Cash in hand, we walked out. Seriously I've worked in customer service all of my life, and this was one of the worst examples of how to treat a potential customer. Steer Clear. They lie to get you there and then act like you are at fault when they make the mistake. Or maybe it's planned that way. They tease you with one thing, knowing they don't have it and try to sell you something else.
