We bought our Honda in Virgina before relocating to Lake Lure. We thought Forest City Honda would be our new "home" dealership for service. We'd been in a couple of times and were reasonably satisfied, although the most recent appointment took longer than we thought it should. A week or ten days ago, we called to try to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. We called four times over the course of a couple of hours and went straight to voicemail three times; on the fourth, we spoke (briefly) to someone in the service department who apparently transferred us to a scheduler (?)--voicemail again. We left a message with our name, number, requested service and preferred days. We never even received a return phone call. Our business now belongs to Apple Tree Honda in Fletcher.
