Several times I have gotten texts stating that prescriptions ready and when I get there they don't know anything. Wasted 30 mile round trip. ALWAYS call to confirm. About half time a disaster.
They suck. Need I say more.
Absolutely the WORST Pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their prices are the lowest around, but I am starting to wonder if the savings are worth it. I dealt with Ingles, and was satisfied until their prices went high due to them stopping the program they were using.If you can deal with completely clueless counter people, who could care less about the trouble they put you thru, by all means, shop for the prices.
Never have prescriptions ready even after two days. Consistently out of stock of everything. Slow, impatient, and rude service. They are not the cheapest as far as medicine goes so I highly recommend everyone go elsewhere.
I called mine in last wenesday and was told I could pick both of them up Thursday morning well when I got there I pick up one bottle of medicine and then they give me six to get me through the weekend we'll I called Sunday and they told me it would be ready in a hour well I went to pick it up today and I had to wait almost a half of an hour the thing about is they did not text me and tell me that it was ready the pharmacist needs to be more positive instead of negative
