Before her we had a bird who after 25 yrs of living with us died of birdflue.
The people here are very friendly, and show great care for your pets
Our whole fam is beyond devestated.
I don't know I haven't had any experience yet with them .
I'm only giving it 3 stars cause I don't have any real experience with them yet.
Now we don't have Bella and there is no support group in this area.
We recently moved and unfortunately my recently retired service dog passed.
Their dog vets charge a little more than our current vet for Bella at the time but if we had not moved we would have switched Bella over to that vet cause of the way we were cared for when Bobo died.
Even when my daughter afterwards cried in the parking lot the assistant who had to give us the news came out to bug her. Everyone incl the dogstaff said how sorry they are.
When they tried to save him but couldn't I felt more bad for the assistant who had to give us the news than for us.
Eventually I will get another service dog and when I do which vet I choose for the dog that will need a vet will be determined by the compassion of when we brought Bella in and by how Bellas ashes come back to us as well as the compassion then.
During a very sad time for me and my family, with my dog of 14 years, Dr. Bullman and her staff were very caring, patient and professional. Truth be told I cried at every visit. I was an emotional mess. They understood....Dr. Bullmans diagnosis was accurate. She was caring, compassionate and took the time to educate me on my dogs condition and she let me talk, learn and I was never rushed. When I called after hours my call was returned. Dr. Bullman herself called me to update me on my girls prognosis when she had to stay over night at the clinic. I was not only comforted but impressed and I don't impress easily. One time when Dr. Bullman called me, and I didn't answer the call (missed call) she called me again! I was thankful. I highly recommend this vet office... it's clean, well run, and 5* thru and thru.
With Bobo we also had a chance to go to a pet loss support group which helped and of course so did Bella.
They gave us a beautiful memorial bag for him and my daughter a huge hug.
She was my service dog but my daughter cried the most.
A couple of weeks later we got a condolence card from entire staff.
That would definitely make us give them 5 stars and bring my new dog there.
We think she died of old age.
My daughter was balling.
So on Monday we took her in to them to be creamated.
Bella was almost 16.
Poor Bella doesn't need a vet any more.
I already have ppl interested and someone offering me a grant to start it and to cover the costs of starting one.
We haven't gotten the ashes back since that takes a while.
What I don't have is a qualifief grief counselor to run it and a buisness building to hold it in.
Maybe tri city can start one?
Unfortunately they don't know us so they don't know a lot about us either.
After thought I may want to change my rating to 1 or to 5 or to keep it.
Very good with my dog. Very thorough and informative. I love the staff
His Drs knew us well.
Great service, great bedside manners and they seem to truly love my pets.
