The seats aren't all fancy like in some more modern theaters, but the sound is good and it was a comfortable place to watch Star Wars on opening night.
The place is super run-down. Maybe if they could fix it up, it would be better. It's really just an eye-sore and I would rather drive all the way to Shelby for a movie instead where the screens don't have issues and the seats don't seem to be falling apart. The popcorn was stale the last time I went, (a few weeks ago), the staff wasn't as friendly as they could be, they were all just kind of laying around instead of cleaning the place (which it is in desperate need of.) This place used to be the highlight when I was a kid, but not anymore.
Nice, clean place but a little too pricy for me. But it's a movie theater. Not supposed to be cheap. But I don't see where it would hurt them to cut back a LITTLE
This movie theater will not impress a lot of people it's a little run down and hold. But I absolutely love the feel and the atmosphere in the customer service you get when you show up
Family owned by great home town people who meet no stranger. Seats are comfortable, screens look great, and theres a little play area for the kids to play while your waiting for the movie to start. Highly recommend this establishment whether you are from here or just in town for short stay you will be treated well.
