This business does not even deser the rating it has! This by far is the most awful company of people that I have ever had to deal with. They lie to you and about you! They make it difficult for you to get insurance after they cancel your policy only because you no longer live at the home and are now renting. Even though we called and talked to extremely rude assistant Margery to tell her what was going on before we even rented it who ensures us that as long as it was ok with our bank it would be fine! And guess what it was... but we just got a letter canceling our policy and when we ask what’s going on and why we were not notified that we needed to addmend our policy.... they can’t give us any answers or let us know anything so now an innocent family is going to be homeless cause I was only trying to help out a friend who was homeless in the first place! Never will I ever recommend anyone to Robert petty and his rude assistant. I hope other see how low he can be as well and decided to look for insurance somewhere else!!!!!
