Standard home improvement big box but was pleasantly surprised when several employees asked if I needed assistance.
We ordered a refrigerator, they told us it would be delivered on the Tuesday before thanksgiving which was perfect! Called Tuesday morning to inform us they didn’t have that refrigerator in stock. New delivery date is Sunday between 10am-4pm. Sunday came and went, never got a phone call, waited all day called but everyone we talked to couldn’t help. Finally got delivered on monday. I am not very happy with the time we had to take off work and very disappointed about the lack of communications!
