I think it's ridiculous that they sale electronics almost double what they are worth every where else. For example Sony PS4s are sold from Sony with a game for $300 and Farmers $699 really?! Ha ripping people off must be their profession.

If you reside in the local area for the Forest City store do not I repeat do not buy any furniture there. I have a family member who purchased an item from them and it had "BED BUGS" the store has not been helpful. And it was determined that they were within the item purchased. They need to make things right and exchange out the item and credit my family member for the payments that have already been made. I have also research this company and they have a "2" rating. That should sum it up for anyone if they have a poor rating. If I could give a zero I would but you have to place something in the system so this "1" is a "-1". I hope that they don't try to place a good rating after this as some company's are known for hiring people to place fake good reviews once they start getting true bad reviews. Do not get furniture here. I will be researching to see if the "BBB" can get involved or "CFPB" Any type of consumer group that will look into this issue on behalf of my family member. It may have to be escalated beyound that.......... They need to make things right...
I really enjoyed buying from Farmer's until they started raising the fee to pay over the phone. They gave NO notice or consideration to their customers. The staff are friendly and helpful, but this is a start to an unfriendly business relationship. Just notify your customers before you make changes, it shows you are ethical. When you tell customers at the moment of payment it shows your true colors. I have no problem with you charging, just let your customers know before time. I was a proud customer, but now I'm just pissed off!!!
Seriously the worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with! Really, do yourself a favor an go somewhere else! I purchases furniture there two years ago, now I’ve stuck with $165 monthly bill and garbage the so called warranty doesn’t cover! And the customer service, they put on a nice show when ya in there to buy, but once they got ya billed, it’s pretty screw you!!
