Doesn't know how to answer the phone
I placed an order for the FTD Golden Autumn arrangement (the better size). The order was placed a week in advance for my mother's 6th birthday. I didn't know if I was going to make it to see her that day. Happily, I did get to see her, but I also saw the most disappointing excuse for what I thought was going to be a beautiful arrangement of fall-colored flowers. I was a little angry that they thought that was acceptable. If only you could take them back and exchange them for what you really ordered...
