I went in because I was experiencing a leak which I was assuming was coming from coolant as my a/c was not working at its best. The company did their standard inspection and found that supposedly my power steering pump had gone bad. Now I wasn't having any problems with my power steering prior to their diagnosis. Two days later after hi tech repaired it, I started to then have problems with my power steering, including a leak and my car was undrivable. I took my car back in because fortunately they offered a warranty, four times. I'm hoping for the best now. It's only been almost a week since I got it back. They keep your car at the shop for long periods of time and the work isn't good based on my experience. They do however try to make sure the customer is happy and if they're at fault will make repairs as need be. They have a good warranty policy.
