I have been going here for years. The associates are very commited to helping out on a personal business level to ensure the needs of the customer are met with a minimal amount of fees if any will occur during a spur of the moment debit. They've saved me countless headaches and encourage me to call them before I overdraft in case they can help keep the fees to a minmum with simple banking advice I otherwise see as foreign language. I really can't give enough kudos to this branch considering I know for a fact its not just business but a professional team that make me feel like a friend not a indebted overdraft client. Its personal after some time passes and I won't change banks even when drive through banks tempt they can't deliver the confidence this woodforest branch can. I've moved a lot and had banked other places. None have touched the longstanding intelligence this team has shown me in my account and any mishaps I've created for myself. Very knowledgeable team with the best customer service anywhere!
